A different experience

Let's get straight to it: the terms "tenant" and "landlord" are ugly, but the actual tenant/landlord relationship does not have to be that way. It should not be that way. The relationship is mutually beneficial. On the one hand, a tenant has leased the property because they desire to live there. On the other hand, the owner/landlord is happy because they have a tenant who will care & look after the home as well as pay rent.

In our attempts to provide a superior rental experience, we leverage the various types of technology available to us; online rental payments, online maintenance requests, electronic lease review and signing, text message, email, photos, video, online scheduling - and so much more! We employ as much reasonable technology in our efforts to further the resident experience while renting a home managed by Lone Palm.

Residents can expect prompt communication and attention to their requests. We encourage all residents to reach out with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We always provide a reason with our answers, and that reason is not "because." We believe each question/concern/feedback should receive a valid, transparent response.

It's best to think of Lone Palm as your ally in the rental world. We are the buffer between you, the renter, and the property owner. The owner is our client, but you are our customer.
